Women Empowered Seminar in Burien Washington

August 9, 2011

Thursday, September 15 at 7:00pm

6 Techniques Can Save Your Life
Women Empowered is the official Gracie Jiu-Jitsu self-defense program for women. In this special two-hour seminar, you will learn the six most important women's self-defense techniques directly from third generation Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Master, Rener Gracie, and WWE Diva, Eve Torres. There is absolutely no experience necessary to participate, and the class will be extremely fun and insightful for all who attend. Every woman has the right to defend herself, and this is the course that makes it possible.

Why Women Empowered?
Studies show that nearly all sexual assaults are carried out using the same four-phase plan of attack. Although there are hundreds of women's self-defense courses out there, Women Empowered is the only one that teaches the defense strategies for all four phases, including what to do when the assailant subdues the target and pins her to the ground. In addition, the Women Empowered techniques are based on leverage, not strength, so anyone can learn them with ease!

Free Survival Handbook!
When you pre-register for this seminar, you'll receive the Total Empowerment handbook for free! This 50-page handbook was written by the Gracie Brothers, with additional input from law enforcement professionals and survivors of sexual assault, and it outlines the most important risk reduction strategies every woman should know! Be sure to share this information with your friends and family members.
