September 14, 2012

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu & Gracie Bullyproof in Bellevue, WA (Sept. 28-29)

After two hugely successful seminars in 2011, Rener will be heading back to Washington for more! If you missed his seminars last year, you definitely do not want to miss him this time. There will be two Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Mastery Seminars for adults and one special Gracie Bullyproof seminar for kids, ages 6-12. See seminar times and notes below. Be sure to RSVP in advance, these will sell out.

Saturday (09-29-12) Mount Submission Mastery @ 10am-12pm
Saturday (09-29-12) Gracie Bullyproof Seminar (ages 6-12) @ 2pm-4pm

**Bonus Gift: Free large embroidered Gracie Jiu-Jitsu gi patch for registering for 2 or more seminars.**

RSVP: Call or email Craig Hanaumi @ 206-412-0384 / hanaumicraig@gmail.com to reserve your spot. Space is very limited and these seminars will most likely sell out!

Location:
Interlake High School (Upper Gym)
16245 NE 24th St.
Bellevue, WA 98008

Notes for Adult Participants: Please do not call the high school to RSVP, contact Craig directly. Each seminar is designed for all skill levels and is guaranteed to take your game to the next level. Gi is recommended, but not mandatory. Cameras, notepads okay. No video taping. Gracie Gear will be available for purchase (cash/checks only) at the conclusion of the seminars.

Notes for Parents of Child Participant: The Gracie Bullyproof seminar is designed to give kids (ages 6-12) the verbal, physical, and psychological techniques to overcome bullies without violence. Whether the child is brand new to jiu-jitsu or an experienced grappler, this seminar will provide much more than the physical self-defense techniques. Kids should wear comfortable P.E. attire like shorts/t-shirts. No previous experience is necessary to participate. Parents of child participants are invited to participate/assist during the seminar (optional). The class will be EXTREMELY fun and engaging for all participants - you won't want to miss it!
